How to get rid of Stubborn Tummy Bulge

Tummy pooch is without a doubt one of the most irritating stubborn area for both men & women. Like it or not, most of us have been having it since we are a child & it seems that it's getting worst through the years. Even afterdieting & working out in the gym, the bulge is still there & we are left wondering where did we go wrong.

Most of the time, the problem lies with:

1. Wrong timing of meals. Lets say you are eating 3 times per day & consuming 2000 calories daily. Your daily schedule is waking up at 6am, going to work from 8am till 6pm, having dinner at 8pm & going to bed at 10pm. If you're eating at the correct time for e.g, eating most of the carbs & calories during breakfast & lunch, the calories will be used evenly without it being stored as fats but if you eat most of it during dinner, most of the calories will not be used & will be stored as fats. Due to this, most fitness expert recommend that you have 5-6 smaller meals spread throughout the day to ensure your body use up the calories efficiently.

2. Excess bodyfat percentage. By having high bodyfat level, most of the muscles in the ab region are coverd by a slab of fat & it's impossible to have flat six-pack abs. Lose the fats & the abs muscles will show up. Best way to burn the fat is to do cardio exercises like jogging, sprinting or cycling.

3. Weak abs. Most of the time, it's due to weak muscles which are not regularly exercise or for most women due to pregnancy where the muscles are really stretched. For this reason, the best way is to do exercise that target the abs & to strengthen the core muscles. Extreme cases for this is usually solved by having "tummy tuck" performed by surgeon. For most of us, doing it the natural way is the way to go.
